This is Android 8, not 10!

This is not Android 10. It is actually Android 8. You can easily find it in settings. It's basically a cheap tablet turned into a radio. And whatever you do, don't try to update apps from the app store because you can't update the program so any apps you install from there will be slow and buggy because you can't install updates to to help the apps of Android. run, you have blocked developer options. But yes, it's an Android 8 tablet turned into a radio.
