Review on Time2Work by Matthew Thorndike

I like how easy it was to get started using this software, as well as its ease of use for employees! It's also very customizable so you can tailor your program according to what works best in your organization. There are some features within time 2 work which we have not been able to utilize fully yet (such as our ability to track hours worked by multiple people at once). We're looking forward to seeing where they take us next! The most helpful feature about utilizing T2W has been being able to see employee progress towards their goals or objectives. This allows me to make sure everyone stays focused throughout the year without having to check up too frequently on them.
