My granddaughter and I loved watching the Great British Cooking Show this season. In the episode "Cakes," contestants created the most beautifully designed cake using a cake tin and cellophane so that the finished product was a cake with beautiful layers of custard and fruit showing from all sides. I was inspired to bake my granddaughter's birthday cake the same way. I knew I had to hop on Revain and found the perfect cake tin for the purpose, and it expands or folds depending on the size of the cake you want to bake. The cake turned out great and the shape served it's purpose. Instead of going out and looking for the right cake pan, I bought a mold that allows me to make the cake size I want.
