Review on 🖥️ AOPEN 16PM6Q Bmiux 15.6" Portable Full HD Monitor, 1920x1080 Resolution, 60Hz Refresh Rate, IPS Panel by Jeff Pena

All my main computers are Macs. I have an iMac, a Mac Mini and two MacBook laptops. These are all the latest models from recent years. My laptops only have USB-C ports, so I was hoping to connect this Aopen portable monitor to it and bypass the HDMI port. But no matter what I tried, I couldn't get this monitor to work on any of my Macs when connected via USB-C. This might work fine on a Windows computer, but definitely not on a Mac. The only way to use it was to first connect the USB-C dock to my Mac and then connect it to my HDMI port dock using the HDMI cable that came with the monitor. Then the monitor worked fine. But it shouldn't be required. Aopen needs to ensure that this product is fully compatible with any computer that can normally use a USB-C port to connect a monitor. This is the main reason for my rating. Another problem, however, is the color accuracy of this monitor. Colors wash out badly, so I don't recommend using this monitor for photo or video editing. It's fine if you need a second monitor to view multiple documents or web pages at once, but don't use it for anything where you need accurate color as it won't. If Aopen fixes these two problems, this monitor will be the winner. But with these two problems, I cannot recommend this monitor.
