Review on JMEXSUSS 168FT 600 LED Christmas Lights: Waterproof, 8 Modes Indoor/Outdoor String Lights for Room, Bedroom, Wedding, Holiday Decorations by Jenna Morocho

I bought three 168' multicolored strings which were delivered two days ago after buying three 168' warm white strings about a week earlier. The Warm White strings work as described in the instructions and I like them very much. The multicolored strings do not turn off automatically after 6 hours as intended, but run continuously. They look nice, but they don't work as intended. Yesterday I wrote a negative and critical review of these lights and Revane posted what I wrote. The lighting company emailed me last night and told me what they think they did wrong when I turned on the lights. I immediately went outside and reset the timers as I was told. Then, as expected, all three strings lit up for 6 o'clock and then went out. I am very happy with the performance of your product or the color of the light. Please ignore my criticism from yesterday. Many Thanks. craig I wrote to Revane first, but their "help" was so slow to respond that I gave up. I then emailed Lights to their email address but they didn't reply at all. I think the problem is that the multicolored strings have bad transformers which prevent normal operation and new transformers can solve the problem without having to re-send all sets of lights. Cheap and efficient. Hope someone does SOMETHING to help.
