So helpful - takes away stress with running campaigns
The ability for me to create my own custom emails that are sent via automation is so much easier than having to manually do it myself! I love being able to set up rules in the background and not have to worry about them at all. It's also very easy to use if anyone else in our team wants to help us. We're still learning how to utilize some of the features but they're pretty simple once you get used to using them. There isn't anything we dislike right now. If there was one thing though, would be that sometimes certain things can take longer to load than others (such as when loading images). This has happened several times where the image doesn't show until after the entire page loads which makes it look like something went wrong. But other than that everything seems fine. Automation is definitely helping save time.
