I've been a cellphone operator for 14 years and use Bluetooth headsets. I was asked to try the product and give an honest review. The padding is thick, which protects my ears well, but I hear a phone call better when I drive with the window open. When I asked other people I spoke to if there was background noise, they all said they couldn't hear anything but my voice. What can't you say about the others.
