I read some reviews of several barcode scanners and decided to purchase the WN3300 based on the good reviews and price. I'm using the scanner for a couple of home projects where barcode scanning of items was the heart. The scanner had to be universal and work with my PC and Android tablet. The WN3300 works across all accounts and my projects are progressing. Due to my clumsiness, I damaged the component and emailed tech support. They responded promptly and arranged for me to get the damaged part back. In addition to excellent components, there is also excellent customer service. Completely satisfied with WN3300 and support.
