An Upsetting and Disappointing Experience for Rozin's International Clientele

As a customer from another country, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to purchase at Rozin for their assortment of home remodeling, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, as well as bathroom fittings. On the other hand, my experience was not even close to being satisfactory. The disorganized layout of the website made it very difficult for me to identify what I was looking for, and when I did finally place my order, I discovered that the shipping costs were extremely high. To make matters even worse, my order did not come on time, and when it did, it was damaged and missing several pieces. When I attempted to get in touch with Rozin's customer support, the language barrier made it nearly difficult for us to have a conversation that was productive. In the end, I was left with a terrible experience as well as a huge loss of money. Rozin is not a business that I would suggest to any overseas customers.
