PROMOZE Online Store: A Disappointing Experience

I had been wanting to check out PROMOZE's online store for home furnishings and decor for some time. My time spent on the internet, however, left a lot to be desired. The website's layout was antiquated and complicated, for starters. The search feature wasn't very useful, so it took me a while to locate the items I wanted to buy. There wasn't enough information on the product pages, and the pictures weren't very good, so I couldn't get a decent feel for what I was buying. When I finally did track down some items of interest, I was frequently let down to discover that they had sold out. The fact that I spent so much time looking for something I wanted to buy and then finding out it wasn't accessible was very annoying. Last but not least, PROMOZE's support staff failed to inspire me. I contacted them to find out if they had a specific product in stock, but their answer was slow and unhelpful. The customer support representative's apparent lack of familiarity with the company's offerings and procedures only added to my growing sense of annoyance. In sum, I was very dissatisfied with my time spent shopping at PROMOZE's website. It was a frustrating and unsatisfactory purchasing experience due to the dated design, inadequate product information and availability, and unhelpful staff. I will not be using this service again and will not be recommending it to anyone.
