Review on Trailer Valet Tongue Dolly Silver by David Carmody

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I almost got seriously hurt (or worse)

Great idea but it has the disastrous flaw of not launching for anyone who could use it in any situation other than 100% flat. Can you move a 4500 trailer on a roundabout with a very slight incline? YUP! Can you do it with amazing ease? YUP! Does it have a practical and efficient braking system that allows you to stop the trailer while you check how you corner? YUP! Does this braking system work if, for some reason, the trailer chain inexplicably fails when the Trailer Valet works exactly the second time on a very slight incline? NO. So how would YOU like to have a 4,500 pound trailer slowly accelerating towards you as you frantically try to apply the brakes and then lose your balance because you were hunched over like a hunchback steering a now free spinning contraption, And you didn't know Where on the way out of your wife's trailer? Well, if you're the kind of person who religiously wears a bike helmet, like me, even just to walk around the block with the kids, you'll be fine. But if not. then you probably wouldn't have had the particularly foolish foresight to distrust the machine and therefore attach your trailer's emergency brake cable to you. Therefore, you could not stop the trailer. (Wait what? Does my trailer have an emergency brake cable? (Now do you understand me?)) I get my money back. If you're not on perfectly level ground, keep yours.
