Review on Kurt Adler 11 25 Inch Treetop Color Changing by David Dober

This worked fine for 3 Christmas holidays and after installing it on the 4th it worked for a while and went off. Well, while it lasted, I had higher expectations. Star lights that I bought from pharmacies have lasted longer. They have been stored indoors in a dry box and have been well cared for. I got customer service (via email) from Kurt Adler Co. Robots or something. A person or machine was giving troubleshooting advice for a completely different product, and it didn't make sense. All information was provided up front in the original email but I don't think the agent on the other end had reading and/or comprehension skills. Stay away from this and other Kurt Adler products!
