Great monitor on sale, at retail check out Dell instead

Bought on sale, great price. It has the same panel as Dell (pictured right). Very similar picture, but HP is a bit more neutral. Unlike the Dell monitor, the HP didn't need immediate calibration. I can't run it with the max refresh setting, there was a bit of halos. Lowering it to level 3 fixed it. Otherwise it's a smooth experience. The power button is in a terrible place. If you get it right by doing 2 or more of these, you might want to try something different. If the price drops again, I'll easily take another run in portrait mode. Overall I'm happy with it for what I paid
