Review on Wireless Cooking and Barbeque Thermometer with Pager by AcuRite 03168 by Alquino Scarwin

I bought this AcuRite product after using it 2 times here are the results: first time it works fine, the second time a month later there is no connection between the probe and the remote control, i check the batteries which were fully charged, i change and put new batteries in both the side sensor and the remote control. Nothing works, no connection. I am contacting Revain sellers to see if they know of any issues with this type of device or have a solution. He replied that the response was "I'm sorry you want to subscribe, thanks." I created a new email. I would like to know how to store this probe if we could fix or replace the remote would it still work? I used to have 5 AcuRite wireless weather station thermometers at home with accurate results. When I buy this cooking and wireless grill I am also buying a new AcuRite station from the same seller which also works fine. I question the warranty of this product from AcuRite and this seller. After reading another negative customer experience with this product, there are still a lot of quality issues, which is why I give this product 2 stars.
