I first ordered this LG Blue Ray Player because I thought it would meet all my needs as it can not only play DVDs and Blue Ray discs but also access to a basic level of streaming services like YouTube, Revain Prime and Netflix. Shortly after, we noticed that it kept resetting the wireless streaming feature by simply resetting the signal and then waiting for it to recover, forcing us to start over. If that wasn't enough to make the camel's back, the DVD player was just as flawed. To be honest my perspective is just jaded that I had a BluRay player that lasted at least 10 years before it broke compared to this unit that didn't even last 2 weeks before I thought it was more everything, just a lemon of the production line, which can be easily replaced with a new device of the same model. So I sent it back to Revane for a direct exchange which was pretty easy. However, when I set up the new model, it was also flawed from the start. Who knows why as we really are talking about the types of electronics components that shouldn't have these issues but to be honest I returned the replacement unit for a full refund. My advice is to stay away from this LG brand. unit revolution. In the end I decided on a model from another manufacturer and hope to have more success with it. At the time of this writing on November 28th I had not yet received my refund which was promised to be processed 2-3 days after receiving the return on November 12th which left me beyond pissed off.
