Great value. Spandex is a "slippery" material. The yoga strap is my only problem. Instead of being tight and pinching your stomach like regular yoga shorts do; There is only a small elastic in the fabric and it is tight. This causes the rest of the group to sink as it is unsupported. The elastic band twists and tangles in the material and it's a nuisance. For the price they are good and I will wear them. I bought them for pole fitness. A bit tight, shows a little cheek when you start moving but I expected it. I ordered Wednesday. The pockets are definitely a plus, but I can't carry my phone in this pocket and run or play sports. nice to have something to do with my hands lol.
