First of all, I am satisfied with this product. I am dissatisfied with the company. Pros: Setup was easy. Pros: Works every time. Pros: Determines if I'm using a remote instead of an app. Cons: Half the functionality is now behind the monthly subscription. There is no indication of this on their website, nor in the Revain listing, nor on the packaging. You'll know after you open and set it up. Cons: A new model will be launched in July 2020 and is not mentioned anywhere. It adds battery support, remote control sensors, and motion sensors. The only way to find out is if you come across one of several social media posts.
