I like that you can use this software to find out what others are researching as well as look at industry trends, etc. This program really helps me keep up with developments in my field of work which makes it easy for me to see where opportunities may lie within new or upcoming technologies/methodologies. It's also great if you're working remotely because all information comes from other people who have used the system before so there isn't much chance of missing anything (unless they've deleted their previous entries). The only thing i dislike is how slow some aspects seem to be loading sometimes - but not often enough to make any real difference! If you need an effective way of tracking research projects then this should definitely be looked into.
