Useful tool when looking beyond your own immediate area

I like that you can use this software to find out what others are researching as well as look at industry trends, etc. This program really helps me keep up with developments in my field of work which makes it easy for me to see where opportunities may lie within new or upcoming technologies/methodologies. It's also great if you're working remotely because all information comes from other people who have used the system before so there isn't much chance of missing anything (unless they've…

Using Hiveage and Customer Center together really helps streamline processes

I like that it can be used with multiple platforms/programs, so you have one place to go for all of our data needs (customer service leads & customer care) which saves time! The system does not seem very intuitive at first glance when creating new reports or even navigating through some basic functionality such as searching by date range etc., but once we got past those initial hurdles things started working well enough - still more training needed here! Also sometimes there are times where…
