I have a 2003 Honda CR-V that got banged up in the driveway under a crape myrtle tree that's falling off like crazy. It also lost to So.Cal. Sun. After detailing it for a few hundred dollars (looks new, color feels like glass, great investment) I bought this case. It fits like a glove, is lightweight, and is made of a material that I don't find itchy. We've had a few windy days lately and it blew out because we weren't using the bottom straps to hold it up. Now we do. Also comes with a locking mechanism which we don't use (yet). "Ears" (my husband's terminology) are perfect for the side mirrors. I didn't rate the waterproofing and weather resistance as we haven't had it long enough and we live in Southern California and haven't had any rain.
