The product arrived on time but I couldn't download it. Maybe I should have flashed the bios first? It's impossible to know. There were no instructions in the box, just a vague reminder that when you buy a barebones device, you assume you know what to do. Hm? I have never seen such poor documentation for a hardware device. Basic setup instructions would be nice too. Worse, the link to the support page on the Protectli site no longer exists and I couldn't find the user manual on the Protectli site. I'm technically good with computers and work with computers for a living, but I couldn't even get to step 1. Hopefully Protectli can figure out how to make this installation process more user-friendly in the future.
