Hand Therapy - Wellness & Relaxation

I am a chiropractor and purchased this product for clinical use. Patients like (or dislike) the task of these weighted balls. This is a great arm workout. Suitable for people with longer fingers (large to very large hands) but for smaller hands I would buy a smaller diameter set.
