I got this for two reasons. 1. So that I don't have to pull out a large ironing board just for a few little things. After reading other people's reviews, I will take it with me when traveling. Ironing boards in hotels can be terrible. The cases are usually very thin. I know most people don't bother with an iron when on vacation, but we do. My husband likes his jeans and shirts to be fresh and perfect. (No, I don't iron for him. He does it himself.) This cover extends a few inches over the dryer so the magnets stick nicely to the sides.
