The ability to monitor your site's performance as well or more than most traditional web analytics tools (like Google Analytics). It also gives you detailed insight into what people are searching for which is great when it comes time do SEO work! I wish there was an easier way of getting reports sent directly from my email instead having them go through custom scoops dashboard first so that they would show up in one spot but other then this i have no complaints with using customized scoop software at all!! If someone has never used any type of website analytic tool before customize Scoops might be slightly tricky/confusing because their interface isn't always very intuitive - if not familiarized properly- however once done its super easy & simple just like google analysis where anything can easily find under "tools" tab after doing some research about how exactly each feature works. We use our own tracking codes along side standard GA code within websites we build ourselves. This allows us track things such as bounce rate etc while still being able see overall I like that it is easy to use and can be customized to fit my needs. It's also very affordable! I dislike that it doesn't have more features. I wish there were more ways to customize the alerts. Also, it would be nice if you could set up multiple custom scoops for different people in your organization. It helps us keep track of all our news releases and other communications with our clients.
