Not for deadlift/glute bridges

I was personally looking for something to warmup for my glute bridges and this plate doesn't hold up when you start to put more weight on.

For example, another 10 on each side made of metal is going to bend these plates.

  • Good well made product.Worth the money.
Cons
  • The rubber bumper deteriorates quickly and results in chippings and cracks
