I installed this filter under my countertop with a standard 10" Pentek Slimline housing and 1/4" tubing, leading to a custom countertop. Faucet for filtered water. The filter delivered water at a rate of 0.75 gallons per minute, which is close to the nominal flow rate of 0.6 gallons. This is for a brand new filter, in my experience the flow will decrease over the next few months as the filter is used. .The water tastes great, no hint of chlorine, no foreign taste, no charcoal powder when starting. Update: I installed the same filter in the bathroom using a standard 10" Pentek filter housing. Since there is no separate dispenser for filtered water, the flow was too slow, so I changed the filter by enlarging the flow restrictor hole at the top of the filter with a 1/8 bit. This improved the water flow to an acceptable level.
