As a result of my tests, I determined that this RV plumbing part is not worth the investment for automotive use. While it is marketed as durable and non-metallic, it failed to meet my expectations. The only pro I found is that it is easy to install. However, the major con is that it was not able to withstand normal use and started leaking after just a few weeks.
