MOST Disposable/Recyclable Suitable for 500-1000ml water bottles. Very few people don't do this. Bottles of Gatorade (this is not water!) are not suitable. A 750ml Smartwater bottle works for me. Water flows out of the slot in a continuous stream. If you miss, you can lose a few milliliters more water than if the water were to flow out of many small holes. Perhaps the single hole simplifies manufacture and prevents clogging. Either way, you're not going to hurt that part of you by squeezing it tight. Since I didn't feel much pressure at the tissue level, I wasn't sure if this would really wash away all the Klingons. Didn't check it with a mirror. All I know is that my underwear didn't smell. It worked. The more I used it, the better my aim and got only the parts that needed it, so I had to dry less with the little towel I bring with me each time. I don't dry to target zone.
