I was skeptical about the new headphones. Bone conduction seemed like a gimmick, but it really works. Put it anywhere on your skull and plug your ears with your fingers and you can still hear it out loud. It's not designed to offer the best sound quality, but allows you to hear music "in the background". After about a year of use, it still has good battery life. No problem using the gym where exposed to sweat. The green paint has peeled off in a small band near the speakers. The rubber liner has peeled away from the tape exposing the wire underneath. Despite these flaws, these are still my favorite headphones because, to me, the open listening environment is more versatile. I want to be able to hear my surroundings while listening to music. I give it 4 stars for its usefulness. However, the strap itself fell in half, breaking when I removed the device from my head. I found the warranty page on their website and filed a claim.
