Review on Crazy Egg by Francisco Russell

The ability for me (or any other person) who is not familiar with web analytics or coding in general to understand how their site performs without having to hire someone else! It's easy enough that I could do it myself if needed but also detailed enough where my knowledge was lacking - i'm an intermediate coder at best :) We've been able solve some problems we had before but now are solving new ones as well like tracking conversions from our blog posts which helps us prioritize what content needs more focus next time around when writing articles.
