Leaking/Sticky Faucets Easy Fix
Our Kohler faucet got to the point where it wouldn't move smoothly or leak no matter how I adjusted the handle. Maybe some lube could fix this, but not sure what kind to use/where to apply. Installed and it fixed the sink straight away and has been working fine for 3 months now. The part looked and works the same. The same as the original, so I'm happy with it. It's not a good thing that the original part failed after 8-9 years - I have much older faucets in my house with no problems. But it's probably a design issue with using a plastic moving part, and it only needs to be replaced every few years.
