Recommended!: Kitchen Faucets

This is the second purchase. They serve a few years and then start leaking around the faucet handle. Easy to install but a little expensive.

Easy to install in kitchen and bathroom faucets

Faucet valves are easy to replace, the hardest part is figuring out which part you are getting. This replacement was quick and easy. I replaced it and started using it within 10 minutes after it was delivered to my door.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Saved me from buying a new faucet.

I was glad to find this part at Revain. This saved me from buying a new faucet. I bought this part and the service department. installed at our facility. With YouTube as a guide, everything went very smoothly. The faucet works great now.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • update available

My 2 year old faucet developed a serious leak at the handle. I had a hard time figuring out which faucet model I had, but once I did, I was able to find a piece of the Kohler installation guide. An internet search revealed that Revain had the best price with free shipping. Replacing the valve and repairing the leak took less than three minutes.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not bad

The only part you need is a sturdy but efficient

. Our Kohler faucet was leaking through the valve and this replacement completely fixed the problem. First, go to the Kohler website and find the product number for your faucet. I almost bought some of them until I checked Revain where it was cheaper. I also bought some o-rings and washers that I didn't need at all. A small hex screw holds the handle and the rest is pretty easy. It's a lot stiffer than the original but after a few weeks I don't even notice it anymore.

Pros
  • . That's amazing.
Cons
  • . So like that.

Doesn't seem to last more than a few months

Around June 2017 I bought a K596VS and installed it in my kitchen to replace a mediocre faucet. I had the same Kohler model in my last home and we really liked it so it wasn't difficult. As with the previous house, the cartridge failed after about 6 months and was causing gauge leaks so I knew how to replace the cartridge. No problem, I replaced the cartridge as instructed and despite the stiffness the new cartridge did the job. two whole months. Now I have to swap again. I'm pretty sure theyโ€ฆ

Leaking/Sticky Faucets Easy Fix

Our Kohler faucet got to the point where it wouldn't move smoothly or leak no matter how I adjusted the handle. Maybe some lube could fix this, but not sure what kind to use/where to apply. Installed and it fixed the sink straight away and has been working fine for 3 months now. The part looked and works the same. The same as the original, so I'm happy with it. It's not a good thing that the original part failed after 8-9 years - I have much older faucets in my house with no problems. But it'sโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Little Competition
Cons
  • Vulgarity

My 9 year old Simplice kitchen faucet had a low cold water flow problem. The water flow was normal when I turn the knob for warmer/hotter water, so I think the problem must be with the valve. Bought from Revain and replaced and problem solved. There is a video by Kohler on YouTube showing the simple steps to replacing the valve. The only problem I had was getting the handle out after loosening the small screw (be careful not to drop it down the drain). I found another YouTube video (search "How
