I specifically ordered this product to enable face recognition to sign in to Windows 10 on my desktop computer. It came quickly and installed when plugged into a USB port. The webcam worked in the Windows Camera app, but when I tried to set up Windows Hello I got a message saying there is no device that supports Windows Hello. I spent time uninstalling and installing drivers. I downloaded the drivers from the website - a Japanese site with very few English tips. I got to the point where the device was recognized but errors about other processes interfering with Windows Hello setup. I spent some time in the chat area but was prompted to shut down the computer and remove Windows Hello. I sent the webcam back. Possible incompatibility with Windows 10 1903, but trying to contact the seller seemed futile.
