My most recent interaction with Zhanmai's customer support was disappointing. I ordered a collection of gardening tools, but I got a faulty one. I tried getting in touch with their customer service department to fix the problem, but I received unhelpful and dismissive answers. I repeatedly received statements that they could not assist me despite the fact that I had provided photos of the damaged object and a receipt, even though the purchase was made through their website and ought to have been noted. I was disappointed and irritated by the lack of understanding and desire to help resolve the problem.
