Expensive but I haven't found anything that compares. Used this to hang a baby swing

Expensive but can't find anything that compares. Used for hanging children's swings. I weigh 200 pounds and they don't move. Your wooden beam will snap in half before they slide out, or if your wood is rotten through and through you will need to replace the wood first. I also had to remove them from the underside of my deck because I rented a spot and they came out as easily as they came in. Assembly tip: First insert the hanger bolt. Drill a hole slightly smaller than the screw. Then use a long screwdriver and insert it into the bottom of the hook. You have a hook hanging down and a screwdriver placed horizontally to give you two handles to turn. The metal hanger is strong enough to be used as a lever when turning so it doesn't break. Then use a socket wrench to insert the second screw that does not have a catch. As before, drill a small starting hole to facilitate insertion.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions
