No customer support, no instructions for use, just hookup instructions and a hookup sketch with pre-filters (which isn't even possible if bought) so the diagram should show how ONLY that is hooked up will what is included in the package. I have no idea what or where to get the filter when the time comes. He doesn't even have instructions for that. I am very unhappy and overspent on it due to the lack of customer support which I think means the 1 year warranty is false advertising as there is no customer support. This will definitely be my first and last purchase at this price. I thought I wouldn't have to worry so much if it was supplied by Revain, WRONG!
