Fabulous! - Graters, peelers and slicers
I was a bit confused when I first saw this tool. Why so many pens (pens?) But the genius showed itself on first use. A small ring tool cuts the shell to the desired depth, and the curved end of the needle slides under the shell and gently removes it. If you start at the end opposite the stem, you'll end up with a fairly clean skin without a lot of "bites" and pulp. It's really great in the mornings when I'm not at my best ;)
