quick and easy setup. Everything works as advertised. However, the HomeKit warnings are limited, but I'm not sure if this is a HomeKit or Fibaro limitation. Yes, you can turn on notifications, but all you can choose is a pop-up notification on your phone. What if you don't have your phone with you, but you have access to email on your computer (let's say you're at work), there's no way to get an email alert, only one Notification on your iOS or Apple device supports the app home. Yes, it will probably protect you in most cases, but water leaks are very important (as well as motion detection or window openings, etc.), so I'd like to get email notifications in addition to iOS notification. Hope that happens soon.
