I bought these coasters because I've had others that have had condensation from glasses collecting on the coasters and still ruining the table. Finished wood, even the smallest amount of water will leave marks on the wood Packaging: The product arrived on time and in a sturdy box. The holder and coasters were in perfect condition upon arrival. Quality: I was impressed with the quality of these coasters. The product looks like a marble finish but is a leather-like material that absorbs water. Absorption: The coasters seem to have been made for homeowners. They easily absorb moisture and protect the wood. Water cannot collect in coasters as they soak up liquid easily! Durability: I have people in my house all the time and they've dropped weathered, spilled drinks, water and a few drinks on it. They survived with no problems. Colour: Lovely white coasters with rich dark marble markings that no one would have guessed wasn't marble unless they picked it up. WARNING: The only thing I would like to warn about this product is if you have children and they drink red juice, you must wipe them off quickly or they will remain stained. Overall I am very happy with my purchase, this is an affordable solution to protect tables from normal wear and tear.
