They are suitable for little ones. Perfect if you have a toddler who needs jazz shoes. My 3 year old daughter wears a slim size 8 and it's impossible to find jazz shoes for her small feet. Based on other reviews about shoes running small I ordered 9. They fit but are a little too tight. I returned them for a size 10. While not as good as the Bloch, they're still great jazz shoes for the price. Both Bloch and Capezio don't make Jazzies smaller than a size 10. But honestly, the quality still matches the price. I recommend them, just order 2 sizes bigger than usual.
