They give us an easy way to make sure we can meet all our internal requirements for security compliance while maintaining flexibility with future needs. Their team is always there when you have questions or need help solving issues as they know exactly what each department uses. One thing I didn't like was that it's very difficult sometimes if something goes down (even though no one else noticed) for any length of time because their tech support does not work closely enough with other departments when things go wrong. Make sure your systems are setup for the right level of redundancy, but most important don't worry about too many different levels of backup unless asked by them. If you are working with large businesses dealing with data being stored outside of their system environment then make sure you look into backups made specifically for your situation. We want to be able to store everything securely internally without worrying about external threats that may pose a risk to our customer accounts so this service has done just that! The ability to have one system that can be used for different applications without having to spend time building specific functionality for each application is what I like best about this product. It's not perfect but it has been very helpful so far. We are using it as an outbound email solution (using MailChimp), CRM (Salesforce) and our internal Salesforce instance.
