Very pretty medium brown ink, bleeds easily from the bottle

I have used this ink on a cheap notepad with very fine grain paper and also on card. In both cases I was able to achieve very thin lines with minimal downward feathering of the strokes. The inkwell is very wide and allows multiple pens to be dipped at the same time. With just one dip I was able to write a few letters or a few short words while getting the effect of an ombre brown tint. On off-white paper the ink appears dark brown, but on white paper the ink is medium sized with dark brown and tan spots in several places. Regardless of the paper, it's easy to see that the ink is brown compared to the black ink in the photo (I used a Nikko G-pen on both samples). I am very happy with this mascara as it also writes very gently. My only complaint is that the ink bleeds out of the bottle fairly easily even when tightly capped, so I'd recommend using a nifty dip.

Beautiful ink. Good consistency. It looks like a vintage writing on paper.
