I bought this product for protection. I had to wipe down the corners of the vaulted ceiling, as well as the light fixtures and ceiling fans. We also have vents on our camp ceilings that get pretty dusty and I have to use a stool to get to them as I think it would be perfect with an adjustable handle. I could use it for anything. God, how wrong I was! The telescopic handle does not stay in place. I just received these yesterday. Try using it later in the day. While the handle didn't collapse down/briefly when I bent the end to reach the top of the lights and the top of the fan blades, the entire top just twisted. This resulted in the actual part of the flap just staying in the same place. It was hard to find an angle where I could get resistance at the top. So I still have to climb the stairs to really dust off. Also, the tip of the rag is hard. As I was leaving it straight and trying to pry the spider web off the ceiling line (top of wall), the end threw down a few pieces of the awful popcorn ceiling. To make the injury worse, the item is non-refundable. I knew it wasn't marked as 'free returns' but I can't even pay to send it back or report a defect. It just says the item is non-refundable. So I'm stuck with that. Shame on Revain that disposables don't have to be well labelled. I checked again and see no indication that in case of error I cannot request a refund or replacement. And I saw all the other 1 star reviews complaining about the same thing. And every time the seller claims that he is using it "wrongly” and it needs to be tightened. I cannot tighten the extension cord. It doesn't rotate where the lobe attaches to the rod. The joints in the bar do not lock and it rotates in a joint that is not locked or tightened in any way. So you can't pin it to keep it from spinning. This is not user error. This is a product defect.
