Great product - we couldn't function without it

When using this software, our call center agents are able to access their data from anywhere with an internet connection which has helped us reduce costs of running our mobile workforce while increasing productivity. The system is very easy to use but there can be some lag times before your agent receives any data. However once that happens everything runs smoothly. We've noticed no problems at all so far. It would be great for companies who want to save money by not having to run expensive servers or paying IT support staff.

  • Ability monitor calls remotely without being in office
  • Highly secure & confidential information (HIPAA compliant)
  • Very inexpensive compared other solutions like Microsoft Exchange Server
