Review on ZHENWEI by Cedric Ziebart

I made a few purchases from ZHENWEI's online shop not too long ago, and I was very, very unhappy with everything about the transaction. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the goods I needed. When I did track down what I was looking for, I placed my purchase and discovered that shipping would set me back a small fortune. After waiting more than a month for delivery, I received merchandise that was of very low quality. The apparel and footwear were obviously mass-produced with no regard for quality. The jewelery was cheap and gimmicky, almost as if it were made of plastic. I tried to get in touch with customer support about my negative experience and ask for a refund, but I was met with rude and unhelpful answers. They denied making any improvements to the standard of their goods and even blamed me for breaking them. In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how firmly I recommend that you stay far away from ZHENWEI. Their website is difficult to navigate, they charge exorbitant rates for shipping, and the standard of their goods is terrible. Don't waste your money here; look elsewhere.
