Every gardener needs this
I use a roll of this velcro every summer. Not only are they handy for tying up vines, but also for protecting hanging items from too much wind (like my wind chime) and for attaching wires (which are found on items like an outdoor fountain). I also use foil in the fall when tying down tender plants before winter (like my bamboo and Chilean rhubarb). cut to size. Will not be damaged outdoors despite rain, sun, wind and snow. Highly recommended.
