Pretty good mat for the price. The adjustable fan speed is really good, especially when we had a heat wave and my work laptop kept trying to shut down. The light REALLY helps because the fans were a little hard to hear when on. The only downside is that the lower section, which supports the adjustable metal armrests, broke like a branch on adjustment, ripping out a surprisingly large chunk. my finger. The pad is still usable, I just need to make sure both pieces land properly when installed.
