First I would like there to be two reviews, one for the service and one for the product review. Customer Service: 5 Stars As for the service of this company, I would give it a high 5 stars. The customer service at this company is amazing. All May emails were returned immediately same day or next day. I had a little problem at the beginning but they were able to fix the problem right away and even sent me a free pillow for my troubles. If you are looking for a memory foam bean bag chair then you should buy Handy Bags solely because of their customer service. Comfort: 4 stars. Here's my review of the bag, I'll give it a conservative 4 star rating. It's comfortable, but not as comfortable as I expected. It's very comfortable at first for a couple of hours, but then it gets a bit heavy and you have to flip and fluff it up. I do not recommend this for the elderly as this bag is very difficult to twist and fluff. Don't get me wrong, I love it; I just have to shake it often. If you have space I recommend 6ft. My 6ft bag is actually slightly smaller. Fully fluffed it is approximately 5 feet 2 inches long and 34 inches high fully fluffed. Product quality: 5 stars. The product is very well made. The foam is already packed in its own liner and the outer shell of the bag has two zippers. You zip it once when you get to the end and then zip it the opposite way, it really is one zip on top of the other. That helps and makes him really strong. I love the velvet fabric I ordered. It's really thick, soft and durable. There was no unpleasant odor from the foam. It's big so make sure you have space. If you have enough space, go one size up. You have to wait a few days for it to fully loosen up. I love watching movies sitting on my beanbag and I love the feeling. I love how you can adjust it to your body. In general I am satisfied with the price and quality of the goods. My dogs love it too, just keep in mind they might not want to get off lol.
