I had to deduct a star because motorists may not see it blinking in bright sunlight: although visible, it may not be bright enough to to attract their attention. However, cars ahead or behind it can't help but see it blink at night or on a dreary day. It's easy to control with your little finger. I like that it turns itself off after a minute if you forget it. When installing, be sure to turn it so that the two LEDs are facing forward and back, not up and down. It comes with two CR2032 batteries preinstalled on each side, but there's a paper separator you need to remove to activate it.
