Ideal for filters
If you're here, you probably know these filters. I have had these on all my cars and have never had a reliability issue. My last car was a CR-V. This filter has been used 100,000 miles (started at 80,000) and the engine was still running great when I sold it. It doesn't matter at all. No sand on the filter side of the air can.
